Tiago Borges  Architect     Lisbon, Portugal

Education. Tiago Borges completed his Architecture degree at the Universidade  Lusíada in Lisbon In 2001, at the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya (Barcelona) with an Erasmus scholarship in the last year.  During the first two years of his studies, he worked in various architectural studios in Lisbon. In 2003, Tiago studied in Washington, DC. with an internship at Ponte Mellor & Associates, an architecture studio and in 2007, Tiago obtained his Master of Art, Architecture and Ephemeral Spaces degree at the Universitat Politécnica de Catalunya, Barcelona.

Jewelry and Art Interventions. During 2004/2005, he enrolled in a contemporary jewelry course at AR.CO Lisbon. At Lisbon’s international jewelry symposium, Everywhere/ Nowhere, he created an artistic intervention for the Galeria Teresa Seabra. During this time he was invited to collaborate with the artist Luisa Cunha for the Public Art Competition “5ª Edição do prémio Tabaqueira de Arte Pública”.

Public Art and Architecture. Since 2007, Tiago has collaborated in various projects of installations, exhibitions and architecture. In 2009, participated, as part of a collaboration, in an outdoor art installation for the eme3 Architectural festival at Centro de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona. As a member of Anywheredoor, whose goal is to exhibit contemporary Japanese architecture, he participated as exhibition designer and production manager in different exhibitions in Barcelona (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal), Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Buenos Aires (Argentina).

In 2011, Tiago was invited, in collaboration with Francisco Spratley, by the Portuguese Consulate in Barcelona to develop three exhibitions, entitled, Portugal.jpeg; Entre altres coses; Salão de Jogos. as a curator, exhibition designer and production manager. Currently, he is developing a project that seeks to promote artistic encounters and workshops outside large and dense cities, in order to balance and promote cultural activities throughout the country.

Francisco Spratley  Architect      Porto, Portugal

Education. Francisco Spratley obtained his architectural degree, from the University  Lusíada of Oporto in 2001.

Architecture. With his degree, Francisco designed for RCR Aranda Pigem Vilalta, an international architecture studio, as an architect and team leader elaborating various projects for four years. From 2005 to 2007, Francisco enrolled in the Master degree program, “Architecture, Art and Ephemeral Spaces”, at the University Polytechnic of Catalonia in Barcelona.

Set design for theatre and advertising, exhibitions and ephemeral installations. For five years he has designed sets, as Assistant to the Art Director Ana Alvargozalez, for several movies such as: “El juego del ahorcado” of Manuel Gómez Pereira, “Les derniers jours du monde” of Arnaud & Jean Marie Larrieu. He was also Assistant to the Set Designer Joan Galí, in the plays: “True West” text of Sam Shepard and “El feo” text of Marius Von Mayenburg. He collaborated with the event producer and set designer Adrian Smith in the proposal of “Laureus World Sports Awards” in Barcelona.

Public Art curator, exhibition designer and production manager. In 2009 he was co-founder of Anywheredoor, an association whose goal is to exhibit contemporary Japanese architecture and he designed and produced the exhibitions in Barcelona (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal), Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Buenos Aires (Argentina). During the last three years, he has developed workshops of architectural education for children, in collaboration with Arquikids in Barcelona. Since 2011, and was invited, in collaboration with Tiago Borges, by the Portuguese Consulate in Barcelona to develop three exhibitions entitled Portugal.jpeg; Entre altres coses; Salão de Jogos.

Alvaro Montagna

Alvaro Montagna  Artist, Designer     New York, New York

Alvaro Montagna is an award winning artist debuting the Green Provocateur e-commerce platform.

Alvaro Montagna is also an award-winning designer and photographer, whose eye forms much of Green Provocateur’s identity, product e-commerce platform and design. Alvaro has a Visual Communications and Photography degree from Kean University where he has also taught as an adjunct professor. Alvaro’s graphic agency, Small Earth, brings a wealth of knowledge in branding and marketing, founded on Alvaro’s years of agency experience with top agencies, D.V.C. and Coyne Communications, where he worked on such prestigious accounts as BMW, Land Rover, Mobil and AT&T.

Alvaro’s client list as Creative Director includes EA Sport, FAO Schwartz, Nickelodeon, Sesame Street and Toys-R-Us to name a few. He has designed for notable personalities, such as Collin Abraham, owner of Pollennation, the floral and event planning company for Beyonce and Jay Z and President Obama; Bob LapeCBS Broadcaster and renowned food critic, Joanna Pruess, award winning writer; Dame Lori, sensuality expert; TV experts, Integrative Physician, Dr. Vincent Pedre and psychologist, Dr. Renee Clauselle.    

Paul Clemence     Photographer  New York, New York

American born, but raised in Brazil, Paul Clemence has taken his design sensibility, acquired while attending the School of Architecture at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, and transposed it onto film, resulting in some of the most avant-garde photographs of relevant buildings throughout the world. A master of composition, Clemence has established himself as an artist, applying an original perspective into the projects he photographs, often helping viewers see the beauty and significance of details that would otherwise go unnoticed.

His work has been shown in Brazil, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, and major art fairs, like Art Basel Miami Beach and appears regularly in major design and lifestyle magazines. His latest book was a survey of the Miami art scene, “Miami Contemporary Artists” following his first book, “Farnsworth House”, a photographic tribute to Mies van der Rohe’s only design of a private home. Paul’s photography was the basis for Green provocateur’s first project in the Isola neighborhood of Milan, Italy. He is now based in New York City where he is developing a new and unique portfolio of the city’s urban landscape.

andrea locci

Andrea Locci   Art Director   Milan and New York

Andrea Locci is an Art Director working in both Milan and New York City. He has developed brand identity with upcoming fashion brands, established companies and individuals. His work has appeared in international magazines and relevant websites and blogs. Andrea’s involvement in the arts, curating and producing art projects privately and for corporations keeps his commercial work in demand.
